There are four bolts that hold the transmission to the bellhousing. You have to remove those four bolts before you can even begin to remove the bellhousing. If you want to remove the bellhousing from the engine, pull the engine out with the bellhousing still attached (transmission detached of-course) and begin removing the pressure plate, flywheel and the other clutch stuff. There are bolts located behind all the clutch components that will seperate the bellhousing andthe engine. Any more questions just ask. I can post a pic if I need to

ok im gonna check it out right now so once i remove those 4 bolts the motor can come out? while im out there yea it would help for a pic lol incase i get lost :D

Yeah once you remove the four bolts the connect the tranny and bellhousing (granted if everything else like any plugs or other such things are removed) you can pull the engine. The picture show the four bolt holes the connect the tranny and bellhousing (this was the best picture I had - the circles show the bolt holes on the bellhousing)

is it possible to dmg the input shaft when removing the motor should i worry about something or?

The input shaft is tough. Your more likely to damage the clutch but even thats pretty tough. I usually change mine out for a new one since you have the motor out already.
