Trailers for rent So. Cal.

Hello everyone.

I just purchased my third cruiser, this one a 1967 FJ-45. I am looking into renting a trailer to haul the 45 back from Colorado. I have checked various U-Haul centers and in my opinion I would feel vary uncomfortatable towing it that distance due to the condition of the trailers I inspected. I have the tow vehicle a 1997 Ford F-350 Crewcab 4x4 w/ powerstoke diesel. I also have a Caifornia Commercial License, as I work for a large So. Cal. Fire dept. If anyone knows of a trailer or a reputable transportation service please reply :

Hi Mike,
Have you considered a tow dolly. If the truck rolls they work quite well. I actually flat tow my 40 and it works very well.

Flat tow or use a TRAILER... F@^# tow dollys. I will NEVER use a tow dolly again...

Sounds like you suffered major tow dolly trama...is it a good story or still too painful?
