Trailer Wheel Help

I picked up an off road teardrop trailer a couple of weeks ago. The guy who built it pulled it behind a Cherokee, so it currently has spacers to adapt it to fit those wheels.

I would like to reconfigure it to use the same size of wheels as my 2014 200. I know I will have to get a spacer made for the wheels to fit, my question is, what types of Toyota wheels can I use? All the Land Cruiser wheels I have seen for sale are expensive and are usually a set of 4. I don't care if the wheels exactly match the Land Cruiser as far as looks, I just want both wheels on the trailer to match, and also be the right size that in an emergency, all wheels and tires could be swapped around.

I have seen several 18" steel tundra wheels for sale cheap on craigslist. With the same size tires, could these wheels be substituted for the trailer and the 200?

Here is a picture of the trailer behind my 40. I figure I will be pulling it further distances from home with the 200, which is why I want it to match spare sizes for it.

any 5x150 should be fine. What is the lug pattern on the trailer axle? My trailer has the Toyota 6x5.5 so I need to buy a 6x5.5 to 5x150 to us the land cruiser spare. I looked for a 5x150 hub for a 3500lb axle, but no dice and I do not want to have to carry a spare for the trailer too.

Pattern is 5x4.5 on the trailer. The only place I have seen a 5x150 hub is from Australia. I am thinking about chancing it and ordering them. Only other option is custom Spacer.

Thanks for the info on the wheels. I am going to try and find the cheapest 5x150 18" wheels I can and just use them.

The 100 Series has a full floating 5x150 hub. I have one on the shelf if you would like a picture.

Sure. will it fit a 3500lb axle on a trailer or will it need to be modified

Something will need to be modded for it to fit.... spacers will be easier.

Craigslist was kind this morning. I found 4 wheels with the sensors, caps, and lug nuts. Just need to source tires.

Not yet. I need to find time to call them. I can't find an email address. I also want to measure everything again now that I have the wheels. I may need spacers anyways. If so, I will just order custom adapters.

They are an aussie company and I did not see international shipping. If calling remember they are 15 hours ahead of us.

I put a build on expo that may help with parts and sources. I see most cherokee's are 5x 4.5. Is that what your hubs are or did he use adaptors? Here you can see what we did:

I know you got steelies already but I will very happily give you 4 tundra rims with rough terrain tires if you can use them - we have many TRDs now and I won't ever need them.

The hubs are adapted from 5x4.5 to 5x5 which is what the new Cherokee wheels are. I need to figure the difference between the offsets of the Cherokee wheels and the Tundra wheels so that I can order the right adapter.

I will happily take you up on the offer of the Tundra rims and tires. Any chance you are coming in to Dallas for the Lslc meeting?
