Guys,

Does anyone have a trailer or boat trailer (not being used) that can make it to the coast and back and could haul a 16ft raft? We need to haul a Indian Princess raft to Sea Gull. It would be needed from this Saturday until Sunday the 15th. Payment in cash or beverages or both!

Thanks,

Andrew

You can use my 19' dovetail car hauler Andrew. You'll need a 2 5/8" ball - my draw bar is classV so it won't fit most hitches. PM me if you don't have my digits.

Guys, you rock. The challenge is the raft barely weights anything. What are the weights of these trailers? Do you think the 100 can pull it ok? This one pictured below was a beast to pull. It is steel and used to haul a tractor.

My trailer is pretty heavy - it's rated for 12k lbs. It does have trailer brakes on both axles (assuming you have the 7-pin connector and a brake controller). Might be better served to roll with Greg's as it probably weighs several hundred pounds less and, I think, uses the standard 5-pin connector. With that said, you are welcome to use mine if needed.

Keep in mind mine has a steel deck vs. wood on ramons. I also have the 7 pin connector. 100 pulls it fine empty....haven't had it loaded yet.
