Anyone else have this problem? Left and right signal and break works, but running light isn't. Posting because I checked all 'TOW' fuses and not sure what to do next. This is on a 2015 LX570. Thanks!

Do you have a multimeter? The green wire on the tow plug is the running lights.
 
Seems like 9 times out of 10 trailer lights problems are the result of a ground issue. Grab a cheap trailer plug tester at the local auto parts or farm supply store to verify the vehicle side function to eliminate that from the equation.

Thanks! So far, I've found a blown relay on the vehicle. That's fixed and the vehicle connector is all working correctly. The relay being blown may have been caused by a ground issue on the trailer so that's my next step. Good call on that.

I had the same problem on a 2014 Toyota LC (USA) - running lights didn't work on the trailer, but worked on the LC itself. Everything else worked (L, R and stop lights on trailer). The problem was a blown 30A fuse on the #2 fuse box, passenger side in the engine compartment. Here are pics of where it is:
