Sylvain has called me about 8 time in the last 36 hours to tell me how much my life sucks for not being able to make the trip :bang: so this morning I got a little vengeance. I sent him a text message @ 9:00 Atlanta time knowing he would be a couple hours behind, it worked well! Got a response back that simply said F U! :D:D

Marius and Sylvan have been cuddling together like 2 pigs in a blanket overnight in Santa Fe NM and going to make the drive up to Ouray today. Gonna be 39deg there tonight :flipoff2:

checked in :D

Just saw niner/9ersgirl, marius, and sylvain come thru the lot....we all got in a nite early....gives us a 'down' day to get some things done....

(or I may just send them out to wheel 21 road....lol)

Leaving for 21 road in an hour.

CARNAGE!!

well, a sidewall anyways....apparently, Niner has jinxed Marius and he did in a sidewall on his ProCrap's....guess Niner's comment last nite about junking 3 sidewalls was a bad omen ;)

fortunately, I have a pair of 285 75 16 BFG-AT's that came off our Tacoma when it got new tires...not perfect, but they are better than nuthin ;)

Believe we are gonna require that Marius carry the un-mounted one as well...just to be sure....he's got the oddball lug pattern on his 100-series!

perhaps Marius needs the steering wheel on the other side of the truck, ya know those foreigners! how about a teaser pic?

if you were here, you wouldn't need pics :flipoff2:

in the Bull Draw camp tonite....maybe 2 hours from Moab, and it's all blacktop and downhill from here....and yes, many of us have fuel lites on....

another amazing day on the trails...Rose Garden went off without a hitch, and we are overlooking the canyon with the Top of the World on the opposite site....simply breathtaking....

I've got over 250 pics on my dSLR and will be uploading them soon...perhaps tomorrow when we reach Moab...

A few also plan some trail time in the Moab area tomorrow, since we are here ;)

back to my view...seriously, this photo was taken about 20 feet ahead of me.....
