those street legal? are u able to balance em?

They are not DOT approved, so they are not street legal. I live in Alaska and won't have a problem running them on the streets up here. As far as balancing, they balance fine. The only thing I don't like about them is that we have a 
-ton of very sticky mud up here and I have to clean the mud out by hand before I can drive over 20 mph. without excessive shaking. It's kind of a pain in the butt, but oh well. That's why I bring my girlfriend with me.......

I saw those on Trucks TV, I think. They seem to be an awesome alternative. I have heard of anyone running them yet.....
