Man, you guys never cease to amaze me. Our club has some of the most awsomely savy dudes on the planet when it comes to fame and brains! Jerod marks the pace with his newly published South Pole toyota article! Way to go El Presidente....Beers to you!!

Also forgot to mention, my TT this month had 2 copies included. Was that an accident or do JSC members get an extra copy since Jerod's article is in there??

Yes, J's article was excellent

Hehehe, I don't think there's any arrangment for extras... I did ask Todd K. to send me a few copies down here, and they showed up about a week ago. I gave a few copies to the guys at Scott Base, and have been passing the others around to my friends.

Thanks for the comments guys, I'm stoked that I was able to make it my 3rd continent that I've written an article about! :D

I've been thinking about how Jerod could bring home one of those HZL78's from the ice. I have no doubt that given the time and tools Jerod could completely disassemble one of those down to it's smallest pieces. But the body panels and engine block would look suspicious wrapped in a tarp and labelled "experimental- do not touch" and addressed to some guys place near Yreka...??! How about this.....just before he heads home Jerod could "pretend" to have lost his marbles(we all know of course that's already happened) and securely chaining himself to the driver's seat of the best HZJ down there hold a gun to his head and threaten suicide if they don't ship him home as is! How long would it be before Jerod was released from the mental institution back home and who would hang onto the rig until he gets out?? :meh:
