how does anyone here have no love for the sammi? especially a yota variant. I would love to have this thing, put in a good cage, harness, and quality seats and just wheel it for the purpose of finding out where the flop and roll is. Isn't that that purpose of a built Samurai??

Its a beautiful match to the 100.

nothing wrong with being shoulder to shoulder, leg over leg. Ill do gas, clutch and left turns. You got breaks, gears, and right tuns. It is all very simple. Although, do we lower or raise the center of gravity?

Either way, come on, thats a fun, little, no damage worries, little rig? Right?

It's not bad..... but should have a 22RE in it if swapping to a yota frame and drivetrain.... personally I would have left it with the sammi driveline and just swapped yota axles in it if a stronger axle was wanted. Parts for a sami driveline are dirt cheap.

That's pretty awesome man. I remember a trip to URE with RK and there were 4-5 of those little ATV's with us and did awesome. lol. Erick Sowder used to have a really nice one on Yota axles. There is on on youtube with a GSXR engine that's just unreal. This is my favorite one I've seen.

The long wheel base sammis are damn cool.

That one with the gxr engine was at may jam at the stables a few years back.

I have seen some very well built Samis at Harlan. There are two that I have watched climb over rocks like a bug that are there often. Both are linked front and rear, lower frame side link mounts are maybe 8" between front and rear mounts on the frame.

Both had Yota axles, not sure on the running gear.

Sdweet looking sammies
