Toyota Color Codes (1 Viewer)

The color code on my 93 is 3H4...Medium Red Pearl from what I found in a search. So here's the question. In the early 90's how many different variations of "red" were there in Toyota vehicles?

This is why....I need some paint for some touch-ups and more and happened to stumble across a guy that says he has almost 3/4 gallon of what he believes to be the same color paint...plus primer, and clearcoat. He bought it way back for a resto of an early 90s 4-runner and this is what's left. Local paint shop mixed it using his color code, but he's not sure which one it was. Just eye-balled my truck (at night) and says it's close if not perfect. Anyway, figured I'd narrow down the possibilites.

Nice list...that's one of the many threads I was looking and the one where I actually pulled my color name....but not helpful.

I need to know color codes offered for eary 90s 4-runners.

Thanks Tom...I didn't mean to sound ungrateful, hell, you're the only one trying.

That site actually helped a lot, it seems that there were only 2 similiar colors initially, and then a 3rd introduced in 93. I need to investigate it further with the owner before making the purchase. Thanks Again.

No problem - I didn't take it as being ungrateful. I figured you had found the thread I posted. Then I saw it as a challenge to find the info you needed. That actually is a pretty cool site if you need paint codes.
