I'm posting up my non-complete project vehicle.
Its a 1980 Toyota 4x4 pick-up truck.
It currently has a fresh rebuilt 1995 4.3L Vortec engine sitting in the car with an Advanced Adapters motor mount kit. I have numerous receipts and pictures of the complete rebuild of the engine. All machine work was done at Allies Machine Shop in Signal Hill CA. Engine has all new components and accessories, including new "spyder" fuel assembly, all the way down to new alternator, water pump, plugs wires, ect....
The engine is mated to an 4L80E transmission mounted to the vehicle frame rails with a custom made transmission mount that replaced the stock transmission mount.
Bolted to the transmission is an NP241 transfer-case with a new Slip Yoke Eliminator kit installed.
The transfer-case has a clocking ring installed and the transfer-case is turned up and level with the frame rails. The floor of the cab was cut and clearance for the transfer-case, (most of floor replaced and boxed in)
I have an Art-Carr shifter (not yet installed) and stock GM transfer-case shifter assemblies for the project.
The Toyota was professionally repainted about 7 years ago at A-1 Paint and Body in Wilmington CA. It has since been sitting, a bit or oxidization and dusty, but will polish out fine.
It has a custom rear bumper built by Badland Bumpers in Oregon. The bed is Rhino-lined and it has a Can-Back soft top canopy cover I installed about a year ago.
It is sitting on aluminum wheels and 32" BFG mud terrains with a good amount of tread.
I have metric ton of misc. accessories for the project. GM engine computer, stock wiring harness, excellent condition leather seats from a Lincoln T/C for the ride, stock drive shafts, stock transmission, transfer-case.
The vehicle is currently non-opt with the DMV (no late fees).
The truck is sitting in my buddy's driveway. I don't currently have the time or resources to complete this project, nor do I have a place to store it. My buddy wants his driveway back for his projects.
I have about $3000 in the engine, including all the machine work and rebuild parts. The GM fuel injection spyder assembly alone was $600!
I'll let the car go for about that price or a reasonable offer around that price.
The truck is set up with and is included with a tow bar for easy towing after purchase!
Reach me at (562) 413-7143 -cell. I'm available everyday till about 2pm and all day Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday if you want to see the truck or have questions.
