Hey all, just a quick post. This is my second post, and I wanted to post a follow-up. I had run related problems and thanks to help from this forum, narrowed it down to the air flow meter, and corrected the issue. Thanks again to all who helped, especially Cruiser88. Well the reason I had to get everything all checked out was an upcoming elk hunt. Well the hunt is over,no elk, but some real quality time with my son. I towed my 1972 fj40 with my 1988 FJ62, and it did great. I was only able to tow at about 50 mph up Apache Summit, but that is about what I expected climbing a steep grade. Oh and was I proud of my FJ40. I bought my fj40 when I was 14, and have had it now for 27 years. Over the years I have done several mods to keep it running, but have never dumped any big money into it, never had any. I put a chevy 350 in it about 15 years ago, and homemade body lift, suspension lift ect. Anyway this country is tough, and many people could not make the climbs to get into the backcountry. My FJ40 climbed everything, most without much effort. Anyway thanks to all
