SOLD Towing hitch receiver attachment for '03-'06 LX470 and '03 Land Cruiser and Ball Mount Assy

I'm selling these two items:
SUPPORT ASSEMBLY, TOWING ATTACHMENT Part No. 51990-60010
TOYOTA OEM Trailer Hitch Tow BALL MOUNT Assembly Kit PT228-00380. Ball not included.

These are brand new, never used OEM Toyota/Lexus parts in the original boxes. See photo. They came to me from the original owner of my 2004 LX470. She found them in her garage after I purchased her LX and had an after market towing hitch welded to its frame below the bumper. I've been doing some spring cleaning an came across them. Given that I no longer need them, it's time for them to go.

I'm looking for $150 plus shipping, but I'll consider offers.
Let me know if you only want the Support Assembly, Towing attachment. If so, I'd take less for it and will sell the trailer hitch separately.

-includes trailer hitch, hitch pin, clip and sheeth (to size hole for smaller bolt portion of ball)
-Towing hitch mounts for a drop of 4 11/16" and mountsin reverse position for rise of 3 1/2"
-Max. rating gross weight - 7500 lbs (tongue weight 750 lbs)
-Fits LX470 - all years, and many other vehicles. Please check to reconfirm for yourself.

Yes, I’ll gladly consider separating them and selling you only the SUPPORT ASSEMBLY, TOWING ATTACHMENT - unless someone wants both before we come to agreement.

That item is selling for between $168 and $181 on eBay and for about $250 on the Lexus and Toyota parts websites. What would you offer for it - with you paying shipping?

I got an offer last night to buy the tow hitch receiver alone - for appreciably more than studio19atx's suggested price for both. I've communicated by PM with the buyer, accepted his offer and am still waiting to finalize / hear confirmation of payment arrangements.

If that sale goes through, I'll still have the Ball Mount Assembly available for sale. I'll post an update as soon as I have one. I'll give that sale until Thursday early evening to resolve. If not I'll loop back and see what we can work out.
