Wanted Tow Hook "Packer" Plates for 80 Series ARB Front Bumper

I purchased my 1996 LX450 with the ARB Deluxe Bumper 3411050 already installed and no front tow hooks. In the installation instructions, it calls for "packers" (or shims) to be used when reinstalling the OEM tow hooks. I purchased some new recovery points and would like to use these plates to clear the rib on the bottom of the bumper that prevents them from laying flush. Does anybody happen to have these left over? I guess I could always use some thick fender washers, but if I can find these plates, I would rather use them. Let me know if you still have them and would be willing to ship them to me.
