Touch Up Paint Matching Help

I've had my new 40 for about three weeks and have been obsessing about stopping/preventing any rust. The only rust is some small surface rust around rock chips. There is also some "stain like" rust on top of the paint under the driver's seat. Does anyone have any advice on how to clean up the stain rust and also where to find touch up paint that matches? It is a '76 in dune beige. Thanks for the help.

I just called a local paint supply company and told them the paint color and code (found on the Spector Offroad website). They said they could mix 4 oz. for about $12. They require payment prior to mixing so I will get my order for freeborn red 309 tomorrow.
