Torque wrench tester/calibrator

I recently picked up a few Snap On torque wrenches of Ebay and would like to have them checked for accuracy. Does anyone know of a local place that can test them so I can determine whether or not to pony up the $$ to have them calibrated?

Then i guess i am not any good down in this area, as i know of no place in the Nam region.

I know that Sears can test/recalibrate them but I'm not sure if you have to send them off or if they can do it in the store.
