I know the crew at Tom Woods builds their shafts to be field serviceable. I have the 3 u-joints (the easy one is done) the double cardan I had to fight. And won or so I thought. As I was beating the life out of it I lost a centering ball or centeringnbearing needle bearing. I searched high and low and found all but one. If I were in the field I'd say to hell with it and be on my way. But I am in th garage and want to do this once. I did not happen to aske what the replacement part number for the center bearing was. Does anyone know, I would assume they use similar as much as possible.
