I saw that you were on line, will the center caps from the 93-9? LC fit the rims of a 99 tacoma
they both have the 6 lug 51/2 bolt pattern with the relief machining going about half way down the lug nut area.
The LC center caps sit about an inch proud, where the tacomas center cap is almost flush.
