TLCA #'s

So this is just a bit of book keeping. If you have recieved your TLCA number since your joining Jefferson State Cruisers and have not forwarded that number to us please do so. I have just submitted our Club in Good Standing form for this year (which I just found out should have been done in January, my bad) and notice that there are quite a few people that I know have joined TLCA but we don't have their memeber numbers. So if you have joined and haven't given the club your number please shoot me an email or PM. Thank you

I don't want to list all of our club members names on the forum. I think the folks that didn't have TLCA #'s when they joined probably know who they are. If this doesn't work I will send out individual emails. I don't think it's really a big deal, I'd just like to have all of our ducks in a row. I feel bad enough that I didn't know we needed to submit a new CGS form every year, or that I needed to be on the BODREP list, or that there was such a thing for that matter

If folks don't know and for the record:

Persons seeking membership in this club as regular voting members must meet the following requirements:

1. Own a Toyota four wheel drive vehicle. For the purposes of the bylaws Lexus shall count as the Toyota brand name. This requirement may be waived by a unanimous vote of the standing club Board of Directors, or a 2/3's majority vote of 6 or more members at a meeting. The club shall have no more than 25% of club membership be non-Toyota owners.

2. Be a legally licensed driver, at least 18 years of age.

3. Must show proof of adequate 'in-force' vehicle insurance, registration, and meet all other applicable state and federal regulations.

4. Participate in club functions as follows:

o Attend one club sponsored function.

o Attend two club general meetings.

5. Must agree to join the Toyota Land Cruiser Association, Inc (TLCA). This requirement is not applicable for non-Totota owners.

6. Submit a complete application form.

The above requirements must be met within a one year period.
