No problems there..... I'm quite happy to keep this thing in perspective... 
But, listening to these concerns for all these years, my number one priority has been about creating value for our members. If we aren't making them happy, or at least trying... then what do we need with new members???
So, make it valuable to those we have, and the rest will take care of itself... At least, I hope...
