Due to not achieving a quorum on 11/14, we have a special Board meeting on 12/5 to address 3 specific items (requiring a vote which requires a quorum).
1) Approve 05 draft budget
2) Approve request to pay tax consultant
3) Close nominations
This meeting should take no more than 20 minutes. Please ensure your chapter delegate attends.
our next regularly scheduled Board meeting is 12/12 and elections will top that meetings priority list.
Agendas will be sent via bodreps. Please ensure your Delegate participates and if they do not, plesae toss them and send someone who will.
