tlc V8 wheels

Hi to all
can anyone tell me what wheel manufacturer makes the 18" alloy wheels sold as standard on current model US TLC 100 V8s? also what offset are they? Is it possible to put a different offset wheel on ?

OEM have +60 offset. Don't know who makes it. Might be Enkei but sold as OEM toyota. There are imitation OEM 18" wheel sold on ebay. They fetch around $700-800.
Most after market sold have +35 offset.
