That thing is freakin' sweet!

Hi,

I know this car. The former owner has sold it and now he drives a ... aehm ... a Land Rover Defender 110 ...

The TJM-Truck now belongs to TJM Products (CH) in Thun, Switzerland. These guys use them mainly for advertising at events.

The truck is equipped with TJM torsion bars, the strongest available TJM rear springs and TJM shocks.

Like the most 100 here in Europe its a 1HD-FTE Diesel. The guys told me that the truck is missing a good acceleration due to the weight and 315/75 tires (standard diff ratio).

But its really an impressive truck!

Regards from Germany

Hmm, there's an idea! Replace the larger 2/3 split seat with a 1/3 seat from a RHD 100 and put a fridge in the middle!

Haha, judging by the barbie doll and bagel(?) on your floor, you must have a few kids. I really like your fridge set-up. It's larger and likely works better than the OEM fridge.

Yeah 3 kids, I forgot you probably have the factory coolbox being an LX.
Just wait till you get three to fill up the back, suppose you'll get a 200 by then! (Maybe a diesel even.......)

You posted a video? I missed it... so may or may not be related.

Only thing the truck is missing is sliders lol

Here is his first rig. He practiced up on this before buying the 100.

Nice setup... I wish I knew more about it.
Very cool. I get the feeling someone in the united states is going to copy that idea. The Sportsmobile and Roamer Vehicles are either too big(Full Size Truck/Van) or too small(Jeep). The 100 is a perfect compromise. If they sold a kit for the roof tent assemply I bet more than a few guys would tackle it.

One other thing I noticed in the pictures are the side passenger and drivers sun shades. I need a set of those. Any ideas on where I can source a set in the US?
