TIS Site - HELP!!!

For some reason I can't create an account on the Toyota Information Site:

Is anyone able to access the site? I need install pics and instructions for the exhaust manifold or headers. I have a set of DT short headers, been sitting for 3+ years, and would love to finally get them on the rig. Any help would be appreciated.

I did get to the account info screen, put my contact info in, but it keeps spitting me back, saying I need to enter info into the highlighted sections, which I did?!?!
