Tire size recomendations

Common misconception, but lift on an IFS suspension doesn't really dictate what size tire can be fitted (Speaking of front axle since that's generally the limiting end)

A lift only changes the neutral point (ride height) of the suspension. The travel of the suspension over its full stroke is unaffected. So any larger tire, still has to fit and avoid rubbing within the travel of the suspension, with steering. Unless you do things like shim the bump stops, hammer back the pinch weld, body lift etc... which really go towards helping to 'fit' a larger tire.

That said, something around a 33" overall diameter will work great without mods. Do you have 16 or 18" wheels?

I'm almost positive that's what everybody does when going to 35s. At least trimming the pinch weld and putting on a body lift.

16" are whats on it and I probably will just stay with them. thanks for the input. I guess I asked a dumb question, but I appreciate you giving me a sincere answer. I am learning.
