wow still cant believe that its 250 per corner... i paid 260 for my swampers and thats with everything in... and they paid the shipping to me... $137 on the grey hound..
but i think they went out of business... it was south cariboo offroad

yeah I know, it's kinda dumb...especially the price of the toyo mt's. 300 per corner, and that's on sale.

It's quite possible I'm going to be driving a truck and trailer to Oregon in the next couple weeks, tires are cheap down there, and if I stay for 4 days, it's 700 bucks allowed at the border......now that gets me thinkin

tires are pretty cheap, but the shipping quotes are brutal...makes me wonder where they're shipping from.

ok, officially done with tires ...hopefully for several years.

Driving in to work today, said fxxxit, and went over to cedar tire. Went for the toyo mt's. Reading up on them, seems the folks complaining about fast tread wear, were almost always driving big heavy diesel trucks with the smaller tire sizes on em.

I was sorely tempted to go with the m55, but didn't for pretty much the same reason I got rid of the 80 and back into a 42...too growed up ...

bunghole will be stinging from the price for a while, but if they last 50k, that'll probably take me 10 years
( and several vehicles, just to make mark happy. )

yeah, so far so good.

quieter than the half bald km1's I've been driving on for the past 10 years...

can't even hear them over the various rattles and howls the 42 makes...
