That is sweet , what would it cost to have one made or DIY? Would you be willing to supply parts list and blueprints (how it was assembled and the dimensions of all the build up parts?

It was built by CrozHawk and I starting of with an ARB bumper ($900), We did not use much along blueprinting a design, but eyeballed almost everything and Croz used the know how from his 5th Gen. 4-Runner bumpers (check them out at toyota 120). We cut out the corners and made boxes for the spindles ($50. ea.), welded in gussets. For the tire carrier we used the 6 on 5.5 bolt plate from 4x4 Labs ($20), made arms using 2X2 OD tubing.

The dual gas can mount was directly from 4X4 Labs as a kit ($195.00). We welded it together and got it metalized and powder coated ($300). We added a license plate holder form eBay ($14.00), but it needs to be changes because it does not allow the left side to be opened all the way. We also added an antenna mount and sold the Bandi to a friend.

I forgot the 2 gas struts that hold the door open. They are $29.99 each (2 needed) at any tractor Supply store.

I put links to everything above the pics. If there is anything I missed PM me and I can get you part #'s or links on where to buy.

Good luck if you build. Send pics.

Flyndrive,
Thanks for the info making a list and getting plans together to build my own. I think I may save myself some money and build the bumper myself to build onto. Thanks for the inspiration.

If that was a off the shelf bumper setup my visa card would take a hit as fast as I could dial the number and buy one.

Nice setup!!!!!!

Thanks,

I think you all are going to have to wait a little bit for the off the shelf availability. Someday I would like to open up a fab shop, and retail store that can make all your requests, but it will take time. Hey Woody!....need any supporting vendors?
