Tire and wheel size help needed please - 81 FJ40

Hi, I need some help in identifying what size rim and tire size is on one of the well know Cool Cruisers web site FJ40 photos. I want to duplicate the same if possible but with a bit taller of a tire if possible.
I hope Cool Cruisers does not mind as I borrowed a photo of the FJ40 as reference.
I am not an expert on tires and rim sizes so I am asking for some help on this.
Would a 16x7 rim be a good start or ? What is the tallest I could go without screwing up the speedometer and others items.
I like the taller and thinner tire for around town. We have a set of 267-75R16 on the 40 now that will be set aside for the off road times.

Hi all,

The 40 in that pic appears to be sitting on a set of BF Goodrich 33X9.5R15 AT tires.

There are only 3 tires that I can think of that are taller while remaining narrow; all 3 are made by Interco and are serious mud tires:

34X9.5-15/16LT Super Swamper TSL.

34X10.5-15/16LT Super Swamper LTB.

Q78-15/16LT Super Swamper TSL (this is like a 35X9.5 inch tire.)

All 3 of these tires are bias-ply, BTW.

Big thanks for the info. I have four stock 15x6 steel wheels. 225x85R 16s are also what I was considering they are a bit taller and require a 16 rim.
