no luck getting that e-brake working yet, and it's frustrating. an rdb converted 60, and monte calipers, and the brakes in the back appear to not be working at all, much less the e-brake... any tips?

tricks? thoughts? etc... just wanna get it working to get it inspected and driving, but flummoxed.
seems all my braking is coming from the front.

any tips on how to adjust the e-brake? i've been told that the adjustment there will enhance the whole thing, but unclear as to how to do so on this conversion? any thoughts? been tweaking with it this morning some, just unsure of how to do it right....

There's nothing to adjust on disk brakes. That's the beauty of them. The only thing to adjust on the parking brake is the cable. The cable should be barely slack when it's off and should be taut on around the 2nd click of the handle.
If the service brakes aren't working in the rear, I'd start with possible air in the lines. Or I suppose it's possible that the pistons are stuck in the calipers. Take a caliper off and see if you can compress the piston.

brakes actually do seem to be engaging. as well as the calipers for the e-brake. just not well enough to function, ie, actually stop the truck from rolling. thoughts?
jason- you say that, and yet still, here i am trying to figure out what needs to be adjusted. 'cause something ain't right :)
