Tips on protecting certain areas of carpet

My children like to ride in the 3rd row and I can see the potential of the area pictured getting destroyed. Any tips on what to do? I though of getting that clear clinging plastic, but I can not seem to find any without any type of print and not sure if they make it thick enough.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Like fabricated from office chair mat material or something...

yep...the soft rubbery clear stuff you buy in a roll....i bet Walmart or Amazon has it for good price...
