Can't get a socket/impact to fit on there without pulling the torsion bars. Any tips on getting at them without pulling the torque arm/torsion bar? Finished the links, which were in a laughable state, but would like to get to these bushing as well, which are toast.

in the midst of the same project on my 99 LC. I pulled the tire, jacked it up pretty high, and was able to get a ratchet style hand wrench in there. The bolts then proceeded to start to disinegrate under the wrench and my fingers. 17 years of AC condensation has turned that bracket and bolts into shale like rust.
That bracket that is welded to the frame is in bad shape too.

Heading to my buddies house tonight who has dremel cutting tools and a nice tapping set to remove the screws. Going to take out the entire from ASB assembly and see if i can deal with no sway bar in the front. I only drive it around 4-5k miles a year. Not like im racing around corners in it anyways or blasting down the highway.

If i hate it then I'll have to get a new bracket welded on via a fabrication shop and then rebuild the ASB with all new parts.

I've been driving with busted end links at the front for a few months now, and it makes a material difference while driving. Which is why I'm so eager to get this dealt with, haha.

I would recommend nipping a the little lip around the bracket with a grinder to fit a wrench. I will do that when I replace them again. I did mine last week. I put mine on lift and was able to get a ratcheting box wrench on them by going thru the inside of the frame.

Just for this, I bought a Craftsman wrench that has 6 points instead of 12 points from Ebay so I do not round the bolt. Local Sears dont have it and took longer for them to have it ordered. Also I sprayed the bolt with PB Blaster several days before I start working on it. I
just work slowly, and manage to get the bolt out. I replaced the old bolt with new one.

I replaced the bushings without jacking up the vehicle.
