Timing belt light oil pressure light alarm.

Was installing some gauges on my 1992 lj78 today and went to go start it up tonight and the timing belt light stays on as well as the oil pressure light and red box by the 16v battery gauge after the truck is started. There is also the alarm that comes on after my truck has turned on. The same alarm that comes on when you leave the key turned all the way on before start. Need help as to what my issue could be. Checked my oil, not sure what else the issue could be. Also I have 208,000km and the timing belt was done before I purchased the truck.
