Do not use the 16100-59275-83.

Get 16100-09201. This is a more complete pump, comes with the 2 orings, and actually has new bolts for the water pump.

Toyota FIPG is FSM-recommended for the rectangular hole in the thermostat housing, though Permatex Ultra-Gray silicone also does an outstanding job.

Serp belt idler and tensioner if needed.

Iirc, Toyota has a kit with many of the parts needed.
