Well the time has come for me to stop someting that I really really enjoy doing. I have enjoyed meeting all you guys and SNT will be my last hoorah. I have a new direction in life (one that actually costs a lot more money  and time) The TWO cruisers that I own will now be relegated to the pavement and mall cruising. I will promise to engage the lockers occasionaly (consider this me pouring out liquour to all the trails that have passed on). The ARB bumper and Hanna Sliders are also a great upgrades for the 405. Maybe one day I will drive up to big bear or mammoth during a snow storm and engage my CDL. Anyways justy thought I would let you guys know of my new passion.

Ok so that was a little harsh... I will still be around (but the already slow build process became a toroise). Now it really is a dream to have a lift....one dream that I am more than happy to postpone for quite some time. My goals is to be like Mo' and have the little one on the trails @ 15 months.

WHOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!:bounce: :bounce2:

Fantastic news!!!

Family is First!

Great news, Congrats:bounce: .
My kids always like to sleep during the bumpy sections of the ride in my 88. So don't give up. There are many trips planned that don't risk life or limb. Look forward to your return to the trail.

Well now I can finally publicly congratulate you Smit. I figured it out awhile ago when Smit slipped a subtle hint. ;)

:bounce: :bounce2:  Yeah Smitty and Candice! :bounce2: :bounce:

You are going to love it, the Cruisers will be ready and waiting when you three are ready to head out. Oh, Smitty the baby looks just like you. :flipoff2:

congrats!

Is that what happens when you eat more chikn?!

Congrats smitty and wife!

Youll love having a sleeping baby in your arms - it really makes you at peace with everything.

I got reminded of that recently.

BTW - Kids love Land Cruisers.

Good care to your family!

Smit - one of my favorite times I had with both kids when they were infants was when I was laying down on the couch watching sports on the weekends and having them fall asleep on my chest. Something about that heartbeat I think. I'll have to dig out and loan you my copy of Fatherhood by Bill Cosby. It's a must read for new dads!

Congratulations

80's were made for families! Soon you'll discover every great thing about all that rear seat space, rear cargo area, sliding rear windows, fold down tailgate, fold up hatch, and on and on...

Wow! What good news.

Don't sweat the lift, I have not needed one yet. On second thought, if you are lugging around all those baby bags, diapers, play pens, etc. you may need a lift!!!

Congrats on the peanut, Smitty (and Mrs. Smitty)!

See, some jobs only take one  .

And remember, my daughter has been my wheelin' buddy since she was old enough to hold her own head up, and that was before the lift and tires. Remember our first run at Wildomar OHV Park? She was in the back seat playing with her dolls!

This is only a hinderance in terms of funds, and yes, they'll suck every spare dime from your pocket. But the entertainment value is sure worth it.

15 months. . . why wait, I am fully trained to deliver babies whenever the need arises.

How cool would that be, delivered in the back of an 80, PHH in hand :D

Seriously though, be safe & congrats!

Boyd
