Time for Tires

I knew it was coming, but I can't put it off any more. My Nitto TG's are starting to get sqirrelly in the rain. After 70k, I still can't say anything bad about them.
Question..... Would anybody advise against stepping up to 315's (Kelly Safari TSR's) given the local terrain? I am seriously considering it and have to do something this week. Will I see a massive drop in mileage/power with the FZ? This is my daily driver and Idrive ALOT.
BTW if I do step up to 315,then I have a 285 TG with less than 15k on it that will need a good home ($)

Pass on Goodyear based tires. If you got 70k out of your nittos then go back with them. AT tire is the best bet.

I've got a 315 terra grappler and 4 maxxis bighorns taking up space behind the garage if you want one for a spare.

I think he means he has 70k on the tires and they will be good for less than 15k? Not sure though.

My spare has only been on the road for one rotation, It still looks almost new.
