Did I already mention I love the stuff? I'm sure I did.

Lego for grownups!

Very strong. Main con: quite heavy. Steel, heavy duty. Comes in 2 heights. Loads of fittings.

On top, rails all around. Movable tiedowns/spacers. Plan on putting large crossmembers for cargo boxes, bikes, spares, RTT, etc, as needed too.
Rear cross member removes with 2 bolts for big items loading, easy to do. Rock solid anyway. Can move a bit lower for flat top instead.

Some lower profile rails inside too for tiedowns and cargo spacers. More rails to be installed on other 2 sides.

May also put some short struts on sides for cans, tanks etc.

Jerry can holders are temporary, don't get excited.

Also in the plans: removable hinged lid.

Did I mention I love the stuff?

Oh, and yes, I know, it's a Jeep, sorta. Love it! Don't go there! :)

Oh my, I shudder to think what will happen when you find out that McMaster sells 80/20 stuff........

bah! pansy stuff!

cruiserheads are steel guys at heart!

Bline makes it in stainless, aluminum, coated, galvanized, and in more height and profile combos than you can think of. drilled, slotted solid back to back and side to back. fittings include things such as trolley rollers as well as angle and pivot feet and flanges. end caps and open side covers. they are proud of it too;)

there are some rollers for Unistrut as well. I'm planning to play a bit with that concept for fridge, drawers and the like.
But I may just improvise something with square tubing just sliding in and out too, possibly welding a Unistrut bolt on top as a spacer.
