A few nice ones in there for sure.

Looks like the 2 1963 swb ones are going to go for 5500-6500 range so figure another 5-7K depending on how much work you put into it yourself and what you find in used parts you would have a very nice 45 for around 12K, does this sound about right?

I'd wager more like 15K. The paint and body work alone on those is 3-5k. 2-4k if you do it yourself. OME suspension and tires, another 2300 or so, parts, seats, headliner, all new rubber, engine work, on and on. It's a killer!! However....a VERY FUN killer :-)

The cool thing about picking up these old unrestored ones is that you can go at your own pace and enjoy the process along the way.

The red '63 is cool in that it is a one owner.

I tried to look at those pics as best I could (anyone know how to save pics from ebay now that they made their changes) but seeing as how I was not able to save the pics, I could not zoom in to try and make out some of the things that concern me...like in the driver's side pic, the one in front of the basket ball net, the frame appears to have a hole in it just behind the back wheel...I do not know how much work this rig will actually need.

Anyone else see the "hole" I am talking about?

here are the image links for the red one

Thanks! May I ask how you did that?

This is the pic I was talking about...is that just me, or is that a decent hole in the frame?

The red SWB sold for $8350. I'd say somebody got a pretty good deal.

To help put it in perspective, some nimrod is trying to sell 3 hubcaps exactly like the ones that are on that truck for $400 apiece on fleabay right now.

Lesseee... carry the one, uh... :hhmm:

That'd be $1200 for a partial set of hubcaps.

Good luck to whomever bought the red one. Looks like a nice beginning and a truck that has a cool 'one owner' history to it. Congrats !
