Thoughts on changing my oil

In this question all of the oil will be Mobil 1 ,15000 mile synthetic with bosch premium filter. Currently I am around 10500 miles in on some 5w30. In the garage I have 6 qts of 5w30 and about 2-3 qts of 5w20. Over the next 8 weeks I am going to do around 7000 highway miles and another maybe 2000 city. Question is would use what you have to change the oil or go all with one weight and which one

Toyota recommends 5W-30, so I use that in the form of M1 High Mileage. I doubt that an additional 1quart or so would blow your engine, but for the cost of 2 additional quarts, I'd buy another quart or 2 of 5W-30 that matches what you already have.
