I figured Crusier guys would find this funny.
My shop is a rental bay in a group of 4 bays (as some of you know) My landloard is a pretty cool guy, never minds about the junk I drag into the yard.
His father (whos 70ish) does alot of the maintaince for him on his rentals. Hes a realy cool guy handyman guy, who will just stop by and say hi and see what junk we are working on. My recent pile that I pulled in is a 52 Chevy pu that has had a 350/th350 swaped in. its pretty sollid and I want to 'rod it out a bit.
The other day he stoped by to try to fix the toilet, and sink that have been both leaking. I got back a few minutes after he showed up.
He says to me after talking a bit, "I like what your doing here (points to the chevy) but I am not so sure about the engine swap." You didnt want to keep the stock engine?"
I look at him funny, and realize that hes seen the F motor over in the corner! I had to tell him how Toyota used the chevy engine for the crusiers.
I showed him the Asain carb for proof
