Trying to find a Heritage edition and have a question. Are the third row seat anchors used in the commercially available drawer systems? The land shark drawers in my LX470 use the seat brackets as anchor points. I have no use for the third row seats but I do intend to put in drawers and honestly most of the 2021s i see seem to have the third row so maybe I’m looking for an excuse to get it.

I’ve been looking into adding a drawer system into my two-row 2021 HE. Apparently, the welded nuts are underneath the body, you just have to drill out the holes to access them. Most of the systems seemed to have been developed for the base model and utilize the bolt holes for the third row seating (Air Down Gear Up seems to be the exception).

So even if you have no use for the third row, if you’re set on getting a drawer, you should at least consider the base model 200 or a three-row HE in order to facilitate installation.

Knowledgeable people have said the captive threaded fasteners are present in the two row and the sheet metal can quickly be drilled to expose them. I wouldn't let this drive your decision on a $85k vehicle.

Thanks. If you see a new one for $85k let us know!
