Got the white applied over the baby poop green primer.

Once the spray bomb cures I’ll go back over it in spots to blend it with the doors (flap disc)

Parked the pig in a new spot today with its ass uphill with a full tank. Came back a few hours later. Smelled gas. It was puking out the cap. Full tank. Who knows. I figured the best option was to burn some fuel off so I loaded up Pig and went exploring.

Make sure the vapor can isn’t leaking, has its check valve inline to the charcoal can and works and a VC120 charcoal canister from autozone is installed and it’s outlet has a way to get back into the manifold when the engine runs(vcv or solenoid valve). Mine used to do that till I did all of the above. It has been super polite like never in my memory has it ever never had a venting issue. But now it works great. Vc120 and a way to suck fumes into the combustion process...

I am so pig hooked I have a perfectly restored 55 as my phone homescreen. I'm changing it to your 55. Hope you don't mind.

Motivation I hope. You got this!

Way back when it was going to be a battle pig I sold the the weatherstripping kit I had because the dried up mess I had on the doors was “good enough”

Well @SLOCRUISER has weatherstripping again so I got a set.

The weatherstrip door channel may be the only good design on the 55 series.

I was so happy to find I was not gluing 360* I almost cried.

Scraping the old out was the hardest part

Man, you're lucky the bottom of the doors kicked my azz. I had to glue and reglue with different glues, I was glued out. I think it has a lot to do with door fitment and making sure you clean the rubber with a solvent before gluing, as I am now an expert! :)

I used that three glues ago. I finally had to pull chunks out of the weather stripping so the glue could get a bite of it. Glue it and tape it, let it dry. I don't want to do that again.
