Good thing you don't get hammered on days supply.......:flipoff2:

Hope you have a good inventory system! Sorry, accounting humor with CDan. o_O

He cleans his files with Jack Daniels....:)

My memory. I know every part number I have, quantity of each, application, cost and sale price.

CDan taught me well.

Unauditable files for the IRS - nice! Watch out for the vulcan mind meld! ;)

And I clean similar gray matter files with

So true! I can remember info and stats on tons of classic vehicles but I had to pick up a prescription for my daughter tonight and the lady asked me to confirm her birth date..........uhhhh......finally remembered. Took long enough for me to process to get "the look" from the lady at the counter.

Then again, not many parts are needed for the 3FE. You'd still be sitting on the inventory 20 years from now...

This is a much wiser 401k investment!

Not really. I am aiming for the most bang for the buck as the saying goes.

3F-E: 3.5 year bridge engine.

1FZ: 15 year wold market engine in various guises.

I know. Just giving you a hard time...

You could always stock the Japanese fluids for the 3FE:
Fuel=Sapporo.
Crank case fluid =The byproduct of drinking Sapporo.

27060-61091-84: 80A alternator for the 2F-E powered FJ80 series truck is now discontinued.

The 90A iteration is still barely holding on to dear life.

This one hurts:

19235-66020: Distributor housing kit. Basically this is the distributor assy without cap and rotor. Comes with dizzy oring (90099-14118) Of course all of the internals and the other stuff.

This would be applicable for 8/1992-1/998 FZJ80 truck. This discontinuation is only for the US market. It is available off line through various sources on the interwebs. But the supply probably won't last long worldwide either.

The entire assy: 19100-66020 is still available through normal US supply lines. It's quite an expensive piece though.

Pic attached of what I am talking about in terms of the distinction between the two part numbers:

I cringe every time you post in this thread.

@beno Do you think they discontinue the cap and rotor too?
