For you guys looking for the tall skinny wheel/tire combo, I came across this link about new reproduction 16” welded steel wheels with clips for OEM hub caps available from Japan. Made for 235/85 16’s. There’s a testimonial story about finding the holy grail tire/wheel combo for a 40. They also fit 60 and 70 series trucks.

After watching a ton of Andrew SPW's videos, I'm so tempted to go with 255/85/16 on my 80 for my next tires. I went with 265/65 this time (first time) only from lack of research. The 285/75/16 should be the same-ish height, but for some reason I like the idea of the tall/skinny.

I ran 255 bfgs on my black 80 but pushed them out using 1 1/4 inch spacers.
