We have here everything to create a 3 link suspension, front or rear, and not low end stuff just to be cheap either!

The kit is wrapped around 6 of our 1.25" Heat & Cryo Treated Chromoly Heims with Stainless High Misalignment, Zink Plated Jam nuts, and 1.5" Tube ID Weld Bungs and another set of the same in 7/8" for the Panhard. We add our Chassis Link Brackets, a 10 degree Adjustable Axle Link Tower, a 10 degree Adjustable Frame bracket for the 3rd link, the Axle Lower Link brackets. We finish the Kit off with the Panhard setup, an Axle Offset panhard Bracket & the Frame panhard (Inside or Outside).

We do not include the tubing with the kit because you will save a lot of money buying your tube locally when you add the shipping cost of the tube, 2" x .25" wall DOM weighs over 7lbs a foot! But we are happy to add tubing in if getting it local is a pain for you.

If you need to change anything give us a call and we can mix & match til its right for you!

Looks good, would you sell it without the heims (if Johhny Joints were preferred)?

How much boxing would you say a typical leaf-sprung Cruiser frame would require to keep flex to a minimum without the addition of more crossmembers?

cruisermatt-

Great questions!

The most important portion of a cruiser frame to box is typically in the rear, where the frame elevates to go up above the axle under the 'bed' I do have a kit just for doing that, which gives you pre-cut round holes to make a DOM cross-member that adds strength, and gives you an easy spot to mount your shocks.

My link kits I am afraid we only sell with the Heim joints included. But that is only as a 'Kit', if you would like, we can piece together an order for you with all the brackets that will fit your cruiser, then send you DOM and weld-in tube adapters that will fit the johnny joints so you can use them.

Here is a link to the frame boxing kit below, and if you would like us to piece together the link brackets and tubing, probably best to give us a call or shoot an email to the sales office (916) 600-1945, or info@ruffstuffinc.com.

FJ40 Frame Boxing Kit

Hope that helps!

Hey Dan, Im entertaining the idea of linking my 60 series. I've been looking at your 3 link also the diy radius arm kit. Do you have any photos of either kit installed? Also, I'm running 80 series axles in my 60 series w/leafs. Will these bracket kits fit the 80 axle without major modification?
