That is awesome. Congrats. Now it gets real exciting, then they get it dried in and things slow way down and you wonder if they'll ever finish, then you get a C.O. and you forget all the crap.
Having just gone thru this a couple years ago, take a deep breath and know that it will all be worth it. May sound odd now, but believe me those days will come and it will make perfect sense.
