Anyone have a good mortgage broker they can recommend?

I used this guy two years ago and he has a special arrangement with Tower Development that built my home. He's a professional and seems to have quite a following. Saved me a lot of money after talking to many others including all the local and internet jerks. He's local and actually answers the phone and your questions.

If you talk to him tell him you want the same deal he gives Tower home buyers. Would be surprised if you can beat his offer. He will most likely sell the mortgage to Bank of America which has been ok to me. I gave him such a hard time he might even remember me.

for later reference...

Don't forget that some folks put gas cans on their swing outs, and many then want the cans on the same side as the gas tank filler, so they can easily siphon gas from the cans directly into the tank without removing the cans. Of course, that then puts the spare tire on the US PS.

for later reference...

I remember my first trip to Tellico.... I brought two 5 gallon cans full of gas, along with a full tank.
I only used half a tank in 3 days of wheeling. I sold the other two cans there... never took extra gas ever again! LOL.

You'd be better served to carry two spares...

I'd be more worried about extra gas when heading out west.... I don't know if I'd fool with it in this area.

Mines a single swing out and tire is on DS. Don't know how comfortable I am letting gas siphon itself but meh...I can't see a need for gascans wheeling where I have, but a ladder and a roof basket would be nice...

Seems like when I was out at CM the folks that had gas cans and legitimately needed them were the guys in 40's that did Elephant Hill. There were lots of folks that had them and never touched them. With ethanol being the way it is (that is to say, hygroscopic), I'd probably just end up with a couple cans of bad gas before I used it.
