Alagasco is the worst utility I have to deal with. I didn't think it got worse than Comcast. But alagasco really takes s***ty customer service to a new level.

They had a Pipehorn 800 cable and pipe locator (no idea what that actually is, but I figure the name is pretty self explanatory... I just read the label), and according to Matt they filed for locations of stuff in the area where they're digging. I suppose accidents still happen. I'm just glad they didn't hit the HV electrical feeder for the transformer that you can kinda see in the right of the frame. That would have been pretty ugly.

Also glad they didn't hit Charter's cable... else working from home this afternoon wouldn't have been an option.
