Anybody have any thoughts on this?
So finally got a chance to talk to my trusty mechanic, he was thinking that since it was starting right back up, that possibly there might be water in the tank. Run some techron throught it along with a tank or two of premium and go from there. Since we have had a mild winter, warm days and cool nights, that it might causing some condensation in the tank. Especially if you're driving on the same tank for a week or so.

Ive had mine shut down on me twice now in the last couple of months. Kinda nerve wracking to think if it did that at high speeds or in an off road situation.

I had this same issue and it was the crank position sensor that was not routed correctly from a timing belt job. The wire chaffed onto the serpentine belt and shorted the two wires. I finally found out what it was hours before my big trip.
