Yes, I had my oldest boy take a moment of silence this AM and told him that we were thinking of all the brave soldiers who protect us. To all of you out there who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, a blessing and my sincere gratitude!

The kids in uniform are the sons and daughters of some of my best friends. In a time of war, they have volunteered to go and cover our butts! We cannot afford to pay them as much as they deserve, and we cannot thank them enough.
When you meet them on the street, thank them. In a pub, buy them a beer. Hold them in your hearts and keep them in your prayers.
