Just wanted to thank CSC for the winching lessons at one of our monthly meetings and in general mentoring about it over the years. Last week was my first time actually breaking out the winch to rescue someone and it worked great and felt confident I was doing it right. We ran across a car that got itself stuck in Cibeque Creek. We tried to use a tow strap but couldn't find anywhere to hook up to so had to break out the winch on the one tow point on the back of the car. Got the car out with no damage.
